中英学习者网上提问方式比较研究 被引量:5

A Comparative Research on the Online Question Raising Manner between Chinese and British Learners

摘要 我国现代远程教育从量的扩张转变为质的提升,网上学习理念的研究越来越引起教育界的关注。对网上提问方式的研究,能够为网上学习的设计和支持服务提供有益启示,从而推动网上协同意义协商和知识建构的有效进行。在中英电子教学项目开发的网上课程中,运用内容分析法对网上交互文本进行问题引入方式和提问策略两方面的分析发现:我国学习者网上提问方式表现出明显的"答案诉求"倾向,以寻求客观的、是非性的答案为主要目的,意义冲突和协商不够充分;英国学习者则表现出在阐述个人观点的基础上,以寻求多样性理解、扩充和调整个人见解为导向的网上提问方式。 China' modern distance education is evolving from quantitative extension to qualitative upgrade,and researches on online learning concept has gained more and more attention in the education circle. Research on the question raising manner can provide inspirations for the design of online learning and supportive services,and facilitate online cooperative negotiation and knowledge construction. With content analysis method,the question introduction manner and question raising tactics of online communication texts in both Chinese and English online courses are analyzed. It is found that Chinese learners' question raising manner is featured with an obvious answer-seeking tendency,aiming at seeking objective answers,whereas lacking conflicts and negotiations. British learners' questions tend to elaborate,expand and adjust personal opinions,and seek for diversified understanding.
