摘要 用250×10-6、500×10-6和1000×10-6GA对"霸红"枇杷花穗进行喷雾均可诱导无核果实,花前处理效果好于其他时间处理。对GA诱导的无核枇杷幼果用CPPU+GA处理可促进其膨大并减少脱落,多次使用效果更好。花后每月一次用30×10-6CPPU十500×10-6GA喷雾4次获得了商品果大小的无核枇杷。无核果实风味较好,平均单果重19.9g。无核枇杷与未处理的有核果相比,果实纵径增加,横径减小,果肉厚度增加,果形指数增大,可食率提高,可溶性固形物含量下降。生产无核枇杷必须进行疏果。 Spraying 250×10-6, 500 × 10-6 and 1 000×10-6 of GA on the anthotaxis of loquat caused producing seedless fruits. GA spraying before flower is more effective than the spraying in other periods. The application of CPPU+GA on GA-induced seedless young fruits of loquat promoted fruit enlargement and reduced fruit drop. Application for several times were more effective. The seedless loquat of marketable size were obtained by spraying of 30×10-6CPPU+500×10-6GA in each month of 4 months after flower season. The seedless fruits have an average weight of 19.9g. The seedless loquat wrer longer and narrower as compared with the untreated seeded fruits. Seedless fruits have higher flesh content and higher ratio of lenth to diameter. The total solube solids contents at harvest were lower than that of seeded fruits. Fruit thinning is necessary in the producing of seedless loquat.
