摘要
基于盐酸哌唑嗪能增强钉联吡啶的电致化学发光信号,建立了一种测定盐酸哌唑嗪的毛细管电泳-电致化学发光分析新方法。对毛细管电泳分离条件和电致化学发光检测条件进行了优化,并对人血浆样品中的盐酸哌唑嗪进行检测。在优化的实验条件下,测得盐酸哌唑嗪在0.001-5.0mg·L^-1与峰高呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9986),检出限为0.35μg·L^-1(S/N=3)。对1.0mg·L^-1的盐酸哌唑嗪平行测定11次,峰高和迁移时间的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.4%和1.9%。应用该方法测定人血浆中盐酸哌唑嗪含量,具有简便、快速、灵敏等优点。
A novel method for the determination of prazosin hydrochloride (PRH) was established by coupling capillary electrophoresis (CE) with electrochemilumolinescence (ECL) detection. The parame- ters affecting separation and detection were optimized. Linearity range was 0. 001 -5.0 mg · L-1 with correlation coefficient of 0. 998 6. Detection limit was 0. 35 μg · L-1 at a signal-to-noice ratio of 3. The relative standard deviations of peak height and migration time for eleven consecutive injection of 1.0 mg · L-1 were 2.4% and 1.9% respectively. The recoveries of PRH were 96. 0%-97.5%. The proposed method was simple,fast and sensitive to the determination of PRH in human plasma.
