Synthesis of Tetrahydrodibenzothiophene and Hexahydrodibenzothiophene

摘要 以2-溴环己酮及苯硫酚为原料,经Tilak反应,然后环化合成了四氢硫芴(1);在三氟乙酸与锌粉存在下1于室温加氢制得六氢硫芴,其结构经1H NMR和GC-MS确证。 Tetrahydrodibenzothiophene ( 1 ) was synthesized from 2-bromocyclohexanone and thiophenol by the Tilak reaction and then cyclization. 1 was reduced in the presence of trifluoroacetic acidand Zn to obtain hexahydrodibenzothiophene. The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and GC- MS.
