摘要
目的提高对肝血吸虫病的认识。方法总结对我院收治的1例肝血吸虫病患者的临床资料及上腹部CT表现的观察并结合文献进行分析。结果肝血吸虫病晚期的CT表现典型,早期缺乏特征性表现,容易导致误诊。结论结合本病的病理改变,通过修正肝血吸虫病的影像学诊断,以加深对该病的认识。
Objective To increase the understanding of Hepatic Schistosomiasis.Methods To restropective analysis on the clinic information and the CT images charaters of one case of Hepatic Schistosomiasis , and literatures rewiew.Results Advanced Hepatic Schistosomiasis has typical image charaters, early stage of Hepatic Schistosomiasis has been led to misdiagnosis very easy with atypical features.Conclusion To amend the diagnosis of the case, we should enhance our profound comprehension of Hepaticschistosomiasis.
