摘要
目的:对3厂家生产的正红花油中的主要化学成分及含量进行对比研究。方法:采用HP-5MS弹性石英毛细管柱,程序升温,以EI离子源和四极杆质量分析器进行分析,质谱图用NIST2000谱库检索,鉴定各种成分,并用色谱峰面积归一化法测定其相对百分含量。结果:3个不同厂家生产的正红花油化学成分的数目和含量上均存在较大差异。结论:为控制正红花油的质量,生产厂家应加强药材质量以及制剂工艺的控制,使其产品质量稳定均一。
Objective:To compare the chemical constituents and contents of Zhenghonghuayou from different factories. nethods:Acapillary column HP-SMS was used .The column temperature was controlled by a program and the MS analysis was performed with EI and quadrupolemass analyzer. The chemical constituents was identified by NIST2000 searching and mass spectra comparing and their relative contents were determined by using normalization method of chromatographic peak areas. Results:There was a great difference in the chemical constituents and contents of Zhenghonghuayou from 3 different factories. Conclusion: The factories should strengthen the research of manufacturing technology and quality control to make sure the produce has stable quality.
