摘要
目的运用单株毛发移植技术修复眉缺损。方法在耳后发际内切取一条带完整毛发的头皮，将之分割成单株毛发，用医用注射针在眉毛缺损区按其自然走行打孔，然后将单株毛发植入眉区预制的孔内。结果所有15例21侧眉毛通过一期手术治疗后效果均满意。结论单株毛发移植修复眉缺损，成活率高，形态自然，是一种理想的微创美容性眉再造方法。
