摘要
目的:探讨泪小管断裂吻合术是一种简便易行有效的方法。方法:24例24眼泪小管断裂患者,用钝头缝针经泪小点-泪小管-泪囊-皮肤引线支撑泪小管断裂吻合术。结果:24例24眼手术全部一次吻合成功,术后随访2mo～2a,无明显并发症,冲洗泪道通畅,无流泪等后遗症。结论:钝头缝针引线支撑泪小管断裂吻合术,方法简便易行、疗效满意,可避免鼻泪管黏膜损伤等常见并发症。
AIM：To investigate a simple and convenient method for the treatment of lacrimal ductile break.·METHODS：Twenty-four cases（24 eyes） with lacrimal ductile break underwent lacrimal ductile break anastomo-sis supported by puncta-lacrimal ductule-lacrimal sac-skin. leading wire.·RESULTS：All surgeries of 24 cases（24 eyes） succeeded once,and the patients were followed up for 2 months to 2 years. No significant complications occurred;lacrimal passage douching was unobstructed;and there was no tear sequelae. ·CONCLUSION：Lacrimal ductile break anastomosis supported by blunt end threading a needle was simple,convenient,and of satisfactory results,and can avoid common complications,such as：mucous membrane of nasolacrimal canal damage.
