摘要
目的探讨钬激光在泌尿系疾病治疗中的价值。方法分析2007年1月～2009年9月应用钬激光治疗326例患者的临床资料。结果膀胱结石、尿道结石、回肠代膀胱结石均一次性碎石成功。输尿管结石单次碎石成功率为92.50%(150/162),肾结石成功率为93.30%(56/60)。输尿管狭窄、息肉,尿道狭窄、息肉,浅表性膀胱肿瘤,前列腺增生症均治愈。发生并发症12例。结论钬激光治疗泌尿系疾病安全、有效、出血少、恢复快,应用范围广。
[ Objective ] To evaluate the value of Ho： YAG Laser in the treatment of urological diseases. [ Methods ] A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 326 cases with urological diseases who were treated by Ho： YAG laser through ureteroscope or cystoscope from Jan. 2007 to Sep. 2009 in our hospital. [ Results ] Bladder cal- culi of 32 cases , urethral calculi of 2 cases and calculi in the ileal conduit urinary diversion of 3 cases were suc- cessfuUy fragmented after one treatment session. The overall fragment rate of ureteral calculi was 92.50% （150/162） in one treatment session. The overall fragment rate of renal calculi was 93.30% （56/60） in one treatment session by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy. 5 cases with ureteral polyps and stricture and 7 cases with ure- thral polyps and stricture, 14 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia and 41 cases with superficial bladder tumors were cured. The superficial bladder tumors did not recur in recently follow-up. The postoperative follow-up of 3 weeks to 2 months revealed that stone-free rate was up to 98.00% （254/259） among all the patients of calculi. The overall complication rate was 3.60% （12/326）. [ Conclusion] Ho： YAG Laser with endoscopy is safe and effective in the treatment of urinary diseases and has such advantages as minimal trauma, little blood loss, few complications and easy recovery.
