摘要"带着你的学分去留学"是目前欧洲学生通用的口号,它源自欧洲学分互换系统[Europeancredit transfer system(ECTS)。为了实现学生的自由流动和学术互认,使欧洲高等教育更具吸引力,欧盟国家于1989年提出了欧洲学分互换系统,其主要精神是"将学生带到欧洲,将欧洲带给学生"。
