摘要
对5例经Watson－Schwartz试验确诊为卟啉病患者的临床资料进行了分析。5例均有腹痛、恶心、呕吐，1例曾行剖腹探查术，3例有精神神经症状，其中2例表现为抽搐、意识丧失、四肢弛缓性瘫痪，另1例出现惊厥、精神障碍并死于全身衰竭.卟啉病是一种少见病，本文结合5例临床分析，对卟啉病的诊断、治疗及预后进行了探讨.
The clinical characteristics of 5 acute intermittent porphyrias diagnosed patients bypositive Watson-Schwartz test were analyzed. All patients presented with abdominal pain,nauseaand vomiting. Laparotomy was done for acute abdomen. Neurologic dysfunctions were found in 3cases which included seizure,coma and flaccid quadriplegia in 2 cases and convulsion and mentalchange in one case who died of respiratory failure. Porphyria is a rare disease. The diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of porphyria were discussed.
