摘要 以油酸和正丁醇为原料,硫酸氢钠作催化剂来合成油酸丁酯,并考察了影响反应的因素.实验结果表明,反应的最佳条件为:油酸的用量为0.05 mol,正丁醇与油酸的物质的量比为1.4,催化剂为0.25 g,反应时间为60 min,酯化率可达99.1%. Butyl Oleate is synthesized with oleic acid and n-butyl alcohol as reactants and sodium bisulfate as catalyst. The factors influencing the reaction are investigated. Experimental results indicate that the best reaction conditions of are as follows : oleic acid is 0.05 tool, the mole ratio of n-butyl alcohol to oleic acid is 1.4, catalyst is 0.25g, the reaction time is lh and the yield of product is up to 99.1%.
