摘要
针对过载继电器可靠性较低、失效因素较多等问题,根据GB/Z 22204—2008"过载继电器可靠性试验方法",对JR36-20过载继电器进行了可靠性试验,根据试验结果及现场反馈信息,进行了失效分析,找出了JR36-20过载继电器的失效因素,为改善产品性能、提高产品可靠性提供依据。
Arming at the problems such as low reliability and more failure factors of overload relay, reliability test of JR36-20 overload relay was carried out in terms of GB / Z 22204-2008 ＂Reliability Test Method of Overload Relay＂. According to test results and feedback information at the scene, failure analysis of JR36-20 overload relay was finished and the failure factors were found out in order to provide a basis for improving the performance and enhancing the reliability of the products.
