摘要
在不添加任何烧结助剂的前提下,采用高纯Al2O3和AlN微粉为原料,20MPa干压成型后在氮气氛下,1900℃常压烧结1h制备出透明氮氧化铝(AION)陶瓷。结果表明,透明AlON陶瓷晶粒发育完善且分布均匀,晶界平直光滑且无第二相的存在。其在紫外、可见光区(190-1100mm)最大透光率为75%,密度为3.70g/cm3,三点弯曲强度为201MPa。
With highly pure Al2O3 and AIN powders and without sintering additives, transparent AlON ceramics were obtained by using pressure less sintering at 1 900 ℃ for 1 h. The result of experiments indicates that the AION transparent ceramics have uniform grain distribution, and no secondary phrases. The total-transmittance in ultraviolet ray area (190--1 100 nm) is up to 75%. The density and three-point bending strength are 3.70 g/cm^3 and 201 MPa.
