鼓形俘能器的有限元分析

摘要 以压电方程和弹性材料的本构方程为基础,建立了鼓形俘能器机电耦合有限元模型。采用有限元分析软件对鼓形俘能器进行仿真分析,并得出鼓形俘能器结构参数的变化对其性能的影响。仿真结果表明,为了提高俘能器的俘能性能,在符合加工工艺要求和其他特性的前提下,应尽量增大鼓形俘能器钢环内径,限制压电陶瓷(PZT)的直径和厚度,而钢环厚度对其性能影响较小。在此基础上研制了鼓形俘能器,并进行了实验研究,实验结果与仿真结果基本吻合。 Based on piezoelectric and flexibility material constitutive equation, a finite element model of drum transducer is established. By using the finite element software, its modal analysis is implemented and the influence of structure size of the drum transducer on the performance of capturing energy is analyzed. These results indicate that in order to improve the performance of drum transducer, we should increase the inner diameter of steel layer, restrict the thickness and diameter of PZT layer with the prerequisite for satisfying technical requirements and ensuring other characteristics. However the influence of width of steel layer is less. The experimental results are in very good agreement with those by means of finite element analysis(FEM).
