摘要
当前干部价值观教育存在教育内容零散、教育机制不实、教育形式呆板三个主要问题。把社会主义核心价值体系融入干部教育,可通过四个基本途径:一是重视干部教育差异性的特点,科学合理地安排教育内容;二是体现干部教育弹性化的需求,多用互动式教育方法;三是适应干部教育多样化的趋势,拓宽现代教育载体;四是突出干部教育求实效的目的,制定切实可行的考核方式。
We have four ways to incorporate the socialist core values into cadres education. They are to devote much attention to the characteristics of cadres education, making scientific and rational choice of education content; to meet the demand of cadres education for elasticity, trying in every way to introduce a interdynamic teaching method; to increase carriers of modern education in keeping with the new diversity trend in cadres education ;and to give prominence to the aim of cadres education that strives for actual effect, adopting a workable examination way.
