摘要
目的:解决高浓度安乃近共存情况下,盐酸氯丙嗪的含量测定。方法:以溴麝香草酚蓝为反离子,甲苯为萃取溶剂,建立了复方安乃近微型灌肠剂中盐酸氯丙嗪的含量测定方法。结果:测定波长404±1nm,线性范围20~140μg·ml-1。平均方法回收率100.4%,RSD=1.6%。结论:基质及高浓度安乃近不干扰测定。由摩尔比法测得溴麝香草酚蓝与盐酸氯丙嗪缔合比为2∶1。
OBJECTIVES: To determine the content of chlorpromazine hydrochloride in the samples with high concentration of analginum. METHODS: The extraction spectrophotometry with bromothymol blue as counter ion had been established for the measurement of chlorpromazine hydrochloride. RESULTS: The absorbance at 404nm showed the linear relationship in range of 20-140 μg/ml, with mean recovery of 100.4% , RSD of 1.55% ( n =9). CONCLUSIONS: Both blank and analginum showed no interference. The molecule rate of bromothymol blue to chlorpromazine hydrochloride was 2∶1.
