摘要
以野生型拟南芥为材料，研究了赤霉素和烯效唑两种植物生长调节剂不同浓度及组合对其花期的影响。结果表明，单独或混合使用赤霉素和烯效唑都能不同程度的促进拟南芥开花，使其提前进入花期。单独使用时，60ng／株赤霉素或30ng／株烯效唑作用效果最明显；混合使用时，65ng／株赤霉素与40ng／株烯效唑组合作用效果最佳。
The effects of different concentrations of GA3 and uniconazol on the florescence of wild-type Ambidopsis thahana were studied in this experiment. The results show that the single or mingle usage of them can sigulficanfly promote floweringofwild-type Arabidopsk Whenusingalone.the effect of 60ng GA3 is obviousamong all of GA3 treatments and that of 30 ng uniconazol is obvious among all of uniconazol treatments. The better result was obtained with mixed use of 65ng GA3 and 40ng uniconazol per plant.
