水热媒技术在连续重整装置加热炉烟气余热回收系统中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 为回收加热炉的余热,扬子石化公司在1.39Mt/a连续重整装置应用了水热媒余热回收技术,以中压锅炉给水为热载体,利用从烟气中回收的热量来加热锅炉给水和预热助燃空气,达到降低排烟温度,减少燃料消耗,提高加热炉热效率和高压蒸汽产量的目的。介绍了水热媒技术的原理、特点、工艺流程以及装置实际应用中的运行步骤、注意事项和改进措施。运行结果表明,水热媒余热回收系统能够适应加热炉负荷和燃料性质的变化,排烟温度调节灵活;混合排烟温度和助燃空气温度达到了设计要求,能有效防止低温露点腐蚀,延长了设备使用寿命;加热炉群平均热效率达91.15%,节约能量为5.543MW,全年可节约燃料3812t,每年可产生经济效益1334万元。 To recover residual heat from its heating furnaces ,SINOPEC Yangzi Petrochemical Co. ,Ltd introduced the water heat medium technology in its 1.39Mt/a continuous reforming unit.The company uses the water supply to the medium-pressure boilers as the heat carrier and the heat recovered from flue gas to heat the water supply to the boilers and to pre-heat combustion air so as to reduce the temperature of smoke discharged and fuel consumption and to raise the heat efficiency of the heating furnaces and output of high-pressure steam.This article describes the working principles,characteristics,process of the water heat medium technology as well as the operating procedures,precautions and optimization measures for units using this technology.The application of the water heat medium technology in Yangzi Petrochemical Company's reforming unit shows: ①the water heat medium residual heat recovering system was able to adapt to the changes in the load and fuel properties of the heating furnace and the temperature of smoke discharged could be adjusted flexibly;②the temperatures of blended smoke discharged and the combustion air met design requirements, thus effectively preventing low-temperature dew-point corrosion and extending the service life of equipment;③the average heat efficiency of heating furnaces reached 91.15% and 5.543MW of energy was saved.Up to 3,812t of fuel can be saved and 13.34 million Yuan in economic benefits can be generated yearly as a result of the application of this technology.
