As the logistics industry and the financial sector strengthening their cooperation and common development, logistics finance has gain more attention. In order to enhance their competitiveness in their industries, logistics companies and financial institutions place the tool of logistics finance as one of the important ways, A better understanding of industrial integration, as one of the ways of industries formation can help us better understand the beginning and the development logistics finance, as well its trends.
