师资培养是高校建设和发展的重中之重,在高校人才战略中占据主导地位。在高等教育快速发展的新形势下,高校要按照科学发展观的要求,不断推进师资培养工作的创新和转型,从而全面提升师资队伍建设水平,形成人才成长的良好机制和环境。
Teachers＇training plays an important and crucial role in the construction and development of colleges.
