摘要
目的:通过检测血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)诱导的肥大心肌细胞总蛋白含量变化,说明降压通脉方对肥大心肌细胞的影响。方法:培养心肌细胞,建立AngⅡ诱导心肌细胞肥大模型,运用考马斯亮蓝法检查心肌细胞总蛋白含量。结果:AngⅡ可显著增加心肌细胞总蛋白含量的表达(P<0.05),高浓度的降压通脉方有心肌细胞毒性,降压通脉方能减少肥大心肌细胞的总蛋白含量,与模型组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:降压通脉方能抑制AngⅡ诱导的肥大心肌细胞总蛋白表达,具有防止心肌细胞肥大的作用,从而防治左室肥厚。
The experimental research is adding angiotensin Ⅱ to the original cultured myocardial cells and giving western or chinese medicine to intervention.Methods:Adding angiotensin Ⅱ to the original cultured myocardial cells.To detect the difference in total protein content of blank group,model group,the Western Medicine group,Chinese medicine groups by Coomassie Brilliant Comparison.Results:High concentrations fo Jiangya Tongmai Decoction have myocardial cytotoxicity.Ang Ⅱ on cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes cells significantly promote the role of mast. Jiangya Tongmai Decoction can decrease total protein content of cardiac myocyte. Conclusion :Jiangya Tongmai Decoction can inhibit the Ang Ⅱ-induced myocardial hypertrophy.
