摘要
针对国内大多数高校期刊不外借的现状,分析了导致期刊不外借的原因,然后指出高校资料室外借的必要性和可行性,提出加大期刊宣传力度、提高期刊采购经费、建立严格的借阅制度等期刊外借的具体实施办法。研究结果对高校期刊有效利用具有指导作用。。
This paper analyzes the reasons that outside lending, of periodicals are not allowed in most universities,and then points out the necessity and feasibility of outside lending. It proposes specific measures： strengthen propaganda of periodicals, increase the funding for periodicals purchase and set up strict regulations for outside lending. The research results can provide guidance for the efficient use of periodicals.
