摘要
探讨了建立海上救捞工程风险评估的方法,分析了提高海上救捞安全性的成本和途径。
The risk assessment method for maritime salvage engineering is discussed. In addition, this paper analyses the cost and approach on enhancing safety of maritime salvage.
