摘要
上海在高速发展过程中，如何利用有限的土地资源和资金来代化市民的居住条件，改善居住环境，为市民未来美好生活作出不懈努力。文章通过对上海城币肌理的分析和延续运用里弄住宅的基本构架，把地方居住文化的精华带入21世纪，提出完整的居住理念，改变冷淡的邻里关系，提出即时交往场所，建成一座可持续发展的社区．并以’96上海住宅设计国际竞赛获奖作品──《家园》为实例，作具体深入分析，提出构筑上海城市居住园区的新概念。
Shanghai is undergoing a rapid development. The limited land resources and funds should be used to optimize the living condition of the citizens, to upgrade the living environment and to contribute to the future. In this article, we analysis the urban mechanism of Shanghai, in order to continue the context, bring the cream of local 1iving culture into the 2lth century, absorb the basic characteristic of domain gradation of Li-Long housing, change cold and detached neighbourhood relationship,establish a completely living concept and Anmediately communication places and build a sustainable developing community. This article introduces a prize winning work of 96 Shanghai International Residential Design Competition 'HOMELAND' as an example to be analysised specifically, to raise a point of establishing new concept of Shanghai residential garden area
