摘要
利用人体组织数据建立人体手部骨骼组织模型,是进行手部生物力学分析的关键技术。传统的通过CT和MRI获取人体组织数据并建立模型的方法都有其局限性,如CT检测中的伪影,数据融合问题等,人体冷冻切片图像则包括了人体组织的所有信息,能解决传统方法的问题。为解决上述问题,采用中国人体冷冻切片图像数据,通过几何变换对冷冻切片图像序列进行配准,再对冷冻切片图像进行分割处理。先用三次有理B样条将系列特征点拟合成封闭曲线,最后用最小二乘拟合曲面。结果获得人手部骨组织的曲面模型,说明该技术路线是可行有效的,可用于其它人体组织的建模。
Reconstructing skeletal tissue model of hand by human tissue data is a key technology in biomechanical analysis. Traditional Human tissue data by CT and MRI have many limitations, such as artifact in CT and data fusion. Cryosectional images contain all information of human tissue and can solve the above problems. In this study, a skeletal tissue model of hand was reconstructed by cryosectional images of Chinese. Registration was first applied to all the cryosectional images by geometric transformations, then segmentation was performed on every single image and characteristic boundary points were fitted into cubic B - spline curves. At last the curves were fitted by the least square surface fitting. As a result, surface models of hand skeletal tissue were obtained. This technological method is feasible and effective and would be used in other human tissue reconstruction.
