摘要
每一个民族的法治文明,都有不同于其他民族的特殊性,都孕育着符合自己民族性格的法治精神,而且这种民族法治精神构成了该国家法治现代化的基础和精神内核。因此,在探索建设社会主义法治社会的过程中,我们需要全面审视社会法治实践与民族法治精神的内在逻辑关系,并通过建设性地阐述二者之间相辅相成的关系,来试图寻找这一生动的社会法治实践中所蕴涵的丰富"精神资源",切实培育起符合中国特色现代法治需求的民族法治精神。
Every nation＇s civilization of rule of law has the particularity differing from other ethnic groups, gestates the spirit of rule of law which tallies with their own national identity and constitutes the base and the core spirit of the modernization of the country the rule of law. Therefore, to explore building a socialist rule of law in society, we need a comprehensive look at the rule of law and national practice the rule of law inherent in the logic of relations, and through a constructive description of the relationship between the two complement each other, to try to find the rule of law in social practice the rich implication of ＂ spiritual resources＂ , to effectively nurture the rule of law with Chinese characteristics since in line with the social needs of the national rule of law.
