摘要
对In(Ⅲ)-桑色素(morin)配合物在悬汞电极上的吸附伏安特性作了研究,确定了电极过程。在ClCH2COOH底液中,有桑色素存在下,用1.5次微分吸附伏安法测定铟,线性范围和检测下限分别为3.5×10-10~1.5×10-7mol/L和5×10-11mol/L。用此法测定了氢氧化铝、银粉和铅粉样品中的痕量铟,结果满意。
A sensitive voltammetric determination of trace indium is described based on the adsorptive characteristics of indium(Ⅲ) complexed with 2′,3,4′,5,7pentahydroxyflavone(morin)at a hanging mercurydrop electrode(HMDE).The experimental results show that the detection limit and the linear range of 1.5th order derivative linear sweep voltammetry in ClCH 2COOH NaOHmorin system are 5.0×10 -11 mol/L and 3.5×10 -10 ~1.5×10 -7 mol/L respectively.The method is applied to the determination of indium in aluminium hydroxide,silver and lead powder samples.The electrochemical behaviour of the indium complex at the HMDE is also investigated.
