Qualitative and quantitative determination of muscarine in amanita muscaria of Yunnan province with gas chromatography and mass spectrum

摘要 目的:研究探讨GC/MS测定毒蝇碱的分析方法。方法:通过毒蝇碱标准品建立毒蝇碱的特征离子谱库。用甲醇提取样品中的毒蝇碱,运用GC/MS的Xcalibur分析软件,与标准毒蝇碱的特征离子峰比较,定性定量测定毒蝇菌样品中的毒蝇碱含量。结果:云南野生毒蝇菌中毒蝇碱含量为25.6 mg/kg。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、准确可靠。 Objective:To study research analytical method of muscarine. Methods:Using muscarine standard sample to set up mass spectrum library. Muscarine in Amanita muscaria was extracted with methanol. Appling xcalibur sofeware of gas chromatography and mass spectrum instrument, we compared mass peak of amanita muscaria with mass peak of muscarine standard, qualitative and quantitative determination of muscarine in amanita muscaria. Results :25.6 mg/kg muscarine content were determined in Amanita muscaria of Yunnan province. Conclusion:This method is fast, sensitive and accurate.
