摘要
对非O1群霍乱弧菌进行准确分型和分类,是目前亟待解决的重要问题。应用多位点酶电泳地对来源不同的98株非O1群乱弧菌进行12个酶基因位点的检测和分子分型研究。结果:98例非O1群霍乱弧菌可以分为59个ET型,每个型别所包含的菌株数较少。
Vibrio cholerae can be classified into more than 155 serogroups by the serotyping method. Vibrio cholerae O1 and O139 are recognized the pathogens of epidemic cholera. Others are considered to be general diarrhoeal pathogens or the environmental bacteria. In order to type non O1 strains more powerfully, 98 strains of non O1 were studied with MEE,and 59 ETs were obtained depending on the detection of 12 enzymes. By the cluster analysis , 59 ETs were classified into 22 clonal clusters (CL) which were geographical, e.g. CL E included most of the strains isolated from Xinjiang during the year 1990 to 1991, CL N included most of the strains isolated from Hebei during the year 1988 to 1989. Compared with those of VC O1, especially with epidemigenic strains, the relationships between different ETs of non O1 strains were disperse.
