摘要
设计合成了9个苯并咪唑-2-酰胺类衍生物,经初步放射性配体-受体结合试验。
The compounds were made of the nitrogen ring and the alkyl group of containing amino atom and the parent nucleus remained benzimidazole moiety Their connective part was an acyl group for studying the influence of electronic and steric factors of the aromatic ring and the side chains on the activities Although none of the 9 compounds was found to be more potent than tropisetron, that is the standard compound for evaluating 5 HT 3 receptor binding in our lab , in the radio labeled ligand receptor binding assay of the inhibition of the specific binding test of GR65630, they have shown affinity for the 5 HT 3 recognition sites in 10 5 mol/L Further pharmacologic tests of these new compounds remain to be performed
