摘要 客户永远是企业最重要的资源。随着经济全球化的发展、市场竞争的加剧,客户争夺日趋白热化,谁能赢得客户,谁就能赢得竞争!该文指出:在全球贸易体系中,为赢得更大的市场份额和更广阔的市场前景,开发客户资源和保持相对稳定的客户队伍已成为企业生存和发展的关键,经营策略的核心。 The client is the most important resource of enterprise forever.With the development of the economical globalization,and the pricking up of the market competition,the contention of the client enters white-hot stage.Who can win the client,who will win the competition.The article points out that the development of the client resource and the holding of the relatively stable client troop have become the key of the enterprise existence and development,and the core of themanaging police in order to win the larger market share and the wider market foreground in the globalization trading system.
