摘要
面对现今激烈的竞争环境,油品调合已不再是一种简单的生产操作。如何降低生产成本,提高产品质量,满足市场需求是润滑油企业提高盈利能力的重要手段。本文在对润滑油在线调合和同步计量调合进行分析比较后,着重介绍了同步计量调合技术在中国石化润滑油分公司35万吨/年调合系统改造项目中的应用,探讨并研究了润滑油调合系统的优化与控制问题,并结合实际数据论证了自动控制系统在润滑油调合领域的优势。
The face of today s competitive environment,oil blending is no longer a simple operation of the production.How to reduce production costs,improve product quality to meet the market demand is an important tool to increase the profit of oil companies.In this paper,after comparison between in-line blending and simultaneous blending of lubricants,the application of simultaneous blending technology in the Shanghai branch,Lubricant Company,Sinopec Corp 350,000 tons / year transformation project is introduced. The lubrication Oil blending system＇s optimization and control problems are explored and studied. The advantage of automatic control system in the field of lubricants blending is demonstrated combined with actual data.
