摘要
图书资料员素质的高低直接影响到图书馆工作管理和服务的水平及效果。图书资料员素质主要包括思想素质、业务素质、能力素质、身心素质等方面。就目前一般高校情况而言，图书资料员素质还存在不少问题，需要通过强化服务意识、提高业务水平、开展学术交流等途径加以提高和解决。参考文献6。
Librarian＇s quality directly affects the work of the library management and service levels. The quality of librarian is mainly including the ideological quality, professional quality, ability, physical and mental quality, and so on. On the current situation in colleges and universities in general, there are still many problems of the librarian which need to strengthen the sense of service, raise the level of business, and carry out the academic exchanges.
