摘要
施工质量是建筑工程的生命,也是社会关注的热点。随着我国国民经济持续高速增长,基建投资项目的不断增加,建筑施工队伍和建材生产企业也随之大规模发展。由于建筑市场未能进行有效地管理,导致重大工程质量事故时有发生,给国家和人民的生命财产造成重大的损失和危害,也给社会带来消极影响。为了保证工程质量,保证人民群众的生命安全,在施工过程中必须对工程进行严格的质量管理,这对统筹建筑施工全过程、推动企业的技术进步和优化建筑施工管理都将起到重要作用。
Building Quality is not only the life of building engineering, but also is widely concerned in the society. With the sustainable development of economy and building items, the building staff is increasing. The building market is short of effective management, which leads to the accidents and which is harmful to the people, the society and the country. Serious managements are required to protect the people＇s life, which plays an important role in the process of managing the building market, promoting the development of enterprises and optimizing the building management.
