摘要
通过对车桥半壳体的分析,确定了最佳的冷弯曲成形工艺方案和模具设计,控制了在冷成形过程中的材料起皱、开裂和回弹等难题。
Through an Analysis of the ear＇s half shell, the present research determines the optimal formation design and mould design of the cold bending formation and solves the problem of material wrinkling, cracking and springback in the cold forming.
