摘要
文章分析了粤东电网在枯水期和丰水期运行中存在的问题，介绍了解决上述问题的一些做法，提出完善粤东网络建设的必要性。
This paper describes the problems in operation of East Guangdong power network during both dry and rainy seasons and its countermeasures. The necessity of improving the East Guangdong power network is presented.
