摘要 目的:探讨血管性痴呆(VD)与脑白质疏松症(LA)的关联性。方法:采用前瞻性队列研究,比较108例LA患者(LA组)与108例无LA的患者(对照组)之间发生VD的差异。结果:LA组和对照组的VD发生率分别为41.7%和5.4%,两组间有显著差异(P〈0.01);LA分级1~4级的患者中,VD发生率分别为4.8%、27.8%、41.9%和88.2%(P〈0.01)结论:VD与LA呈明显正相关。 Objective: To explore the relationship between vascular dementia (VD) and leukoaraiosis (LA). Methods: One-hundred and eight patients with LA and 108 controls without LA were enrolled in this study. A prospective cohort study was performed to compare the difference in the incidence of VD between LA patients and controls. Results: The incidences of VD between LA group and controls were 41. 7% and 5.4% respectively (P〈 0.01). Furthermore, the incidences of VD in patients with LA which was graded by MRI criteria, LA1 to LA4, were 4.8%, 27.8%, 41.9%, and 88.2% respectively(P〈0.01). Conclusion: VD positively correlates with LA severity.
