摘要
采用正交实验的方法对贮氢合金化学镀铜反应进行了系统研究,结果表明,镀液的碱度是影响包覆反应的主要因素,增加镀液温度,降低镀液碱度、还原剂含量及搅拌速度有利于增加化学镀层的均匀性、韧性及光亮度,降低镀层的内应力,使其在贮氢合金充放电循环中发挥更好的抗氧化、抗粉化和耐腐蚀作用。
The process of coppermicroencapsulating on the surface of hydrogen storage alloys has been studied by using orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the PH value of plating solution was the principal factor.High temperature,low basicity,low content of reductant and low stirring velocity would be helpful to getting the coated Cu layer with good luster,ductility,tenacity and low internal stress,which improved the hydrogen storage alloys in antioxidation,antipulverization and anticorrosion.
