摘要
就旋风预热器内壁表面存在的不平整现象,完成了一系列试验工作.通过试验找出不同的粗糙内壁对旋风预热器本身性能的影响关系.试验结果表明:对相同规格的旋风预热器,在其内壁采用合适粗糙度的表面突出物可以使阻力降低约20%~35%,而分离效率仅下降约2%~3%.同时,对旋风预热器壁粗糙度降阻机理进行了探讨.
A series of experiments were carried out to explore the effect of the wall roughness on the performance of a cyclone preheater. The measurement indicated that protrusions of proper size stuck on the inner wall of a cyclone preheater caused a decrease in pressure drop by 20%-35%, and in separation efficiency by about 2%-3%. The mechanism of reduction in pressure drop resulted from the rough surface is discussed.
