摘要 针对NdFeB纳米复合永磁材料的磁性能,特别是矫顽力偏低的现状,采用熔体快淬法制备了Nd5Pr3Fe80Co8B4纳米复合永磁材料.研究了Pr和Co的添加对NdFeB纳米复合永磁材料的磁性能的影响.结果表明,Pr的添加可提高材料的各向异性场,提高矫顽力,但是Pr元素的添加使材料的居里温度降低,因此添加量不宜过多.复合添加Co元素不仅可提高材料的各向异性和矫顽力,而且可弥补只添加Pr元素降低材料居里温度的缺陷,使居里温度提高.复合添加Co以后的Nd5Pr3Fe80Co8B4样品的硬磁性相居里温度提高到了600℃. Against the low magnetic properties, Nd5Pr3 Fe80 Co8 B4 nanocomposite are prepared by magnetic properties of NdFeB nanocomposite are especially the low coercivity of NdFeB nanocomposite, melt spinning. The effects of Pr and Co addition on the studied. The results show that the anisotropy fied and the coercivity of the sample are increased by Pr addition. However, Pr addition can deduce the Curie temperature of the sample. Combined Co addition improves the the anisotropy field and the coercivity of the sample, and the Curie temperature increases also. The Curie temperature of NdsPr3Fe80Co8B4 is improved to 600 ℃.
