摘要
2003年以来,我国发生了一系列的网络事件。这些事件的共同点是,事件最初通过互联网引起公众的注意。随着互联网技术的发展和应用,网络开始搭建起一个公众自由言论的平台,成为一个针对社会问题的公共讨论空间。网络话语已经成为公共讨论得以延伸到各个领域的重要力量,并对社会现实产生广泛影响。一个基于网络虚拟空间的话语力量的兴起,正在塑造出我国公共领域的新型结构,改变着国家与社会的关系格局。
A series of internet events have taken place since 2003. What is common to these events is that they first draw the public attention through internet. With the development and application of network technology, internet has established a platform for public free speech, making it a public space for discussing social issues. Network discourse is showing its muscle enabling public discussion cover all fields of social life and has exerted an extensive influence on social reality. The rising of a discourse based on the virtual cyberspace is reshaping the structure of public sphere as well as that of the relationship between state and society.
