由含铁废渣制备脱硫剂的研究

摘要 以工业上的一种含铁废渣和七水硫酸亚铁和碳酸钙粉末为原料,经氧化反应得到一种混合产物为含水合氧化铁,该产品可作为脱硫剂使用.实验结果表明:当七水硫酸亚铁∶碳酸钙粉末∶含铁废渣=1.6∶1∶1(质量比)时,制备的脱硫剂脱硫效果最好;每克脱硫剂可全部吸收0.0649g五水硫化钠中的硫元素.此脱硫剂具有制备工艺简单,成本低的特点,符合循环经济和绿色化工的要求,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益. With an Industrial iron waste residue, seven water ferrous sulfate and calcium carbonate powder as raw material, after the oxidation reaction, we can gain a mixture. This product can be used as a desulfurization agent. The experimental results show that when the ratio of seven water ferrous sulfate amount: Calcium carbonate powder amount: Ferri waste residue amount=1.6 =1:1(mass ratio), desulphurization effect of the obtained product is the best. Each gram of this kind of desulfurizer can completely absorb the sulfur element, which is included by 0. 0649g five water sodium sulfide. This desulfurizer can be easiely prepared with low cost, in line with the circular economy and green chemical requirements, which have certain economic and social benefits.
