摘要
滁州市优越的地理位置和便捷的交通推动着农村劳动力的转移,其劳动力转移的主体是文化程度较高的中青年男性劳动力,在其所辖各县区之间劳动力转移呈现不同的特征。这种转移对流出地劳动力市场均衡、农业生产结构、人力资本的投资以及留守老人的照看都产生深刻的影响。
Good geographical location and convenient transport system of Chuzhou city in Anhui province,East China,have promoted the transfer of rural labor whose main workforce is educated male youth,which shows distinguished characteristics in the counties and districts umder its jurisdiction.The transfer has a great influence on the balance of original labor market,agricultural product structure,the investment of labor capital and the care of left-behind aged people.
