摘要
研究光引发剂用量、单体含量、引发时间、引发温度等参数对光引发聚合PAM分子量的影响以及添加剂尿素和LAS对PAM分子量和溶解速度的影响,从而确定最佳合成参数。研究表明光引发聚合PAM的最佳合成参数是:光引发剂用量40μL,单体含量为20%,引发时间为1.5h,引发温度为15~19℃;添加剂尿素或LAS含量在6%为最佳。检测结果表明,实验合成的PAM对煤泥水的絮凝沉降效果非常好。
Effects of parameters such as photo-initiator dosage, monomer content, initiation time and initiation temperature on molecular weight of PAM and influence of additives urea and LAS on PAM were studied by experiments. The research showed that the best synthesis parameters for photo polymerization of PAM are:dosage of photo-initiator 40μL, monomer content 20%, reaction time 1.5h, range of initiation temperature 15-19 ℃, the best content of urea or LAS 6%. The testing results showed that PAM synthesized in the experiments has a good effect in coal slime water flocculating.
