摘要
培养创新能力是一种新型教育,要求学生学会求知、做事、共处、做人。培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,必须紧紧围绕知识、能力、素质三方面进行。在这三方面内容之中,思想政治理论课教学直接关系到学生创新精神和实践能力的实效。其教学过程中,要培养学生的创新意识和创新思维;要调整、充实教学内容,加强实践教学活动,培养和提高学生的创新能力;要创设教学情境,充分发挥学生的创新能力;要实行新的教育评价办法,改革教育手段,确立新型的师生关系,提高教师的教学水平和综合素质,以帮助学生达到理论的内化和情感的升华,增强社会责任感,最终达到培养具有创新精神与创新能力的新世纪合格人才的目的。
Developing innovative ability is a new type of education, which need students learn to seek knowledge, act properly, communicate with others, and behave decently. The cultivation on students＇ innovative spirit and practical ability should focus on knowledge, ability and quality, among which teaching on ideological and pelitical theories is directly related to substantial results of students＇ innovative spirit and practical ability. In teaching process, the teachers should develop students＇ innovative consciousness and thought, enrich teaching contents, increase practical activity, and improve students＇ innovative ability. Furthermore, the teacher should create teaching context to exert students＇ innovative ability, take educating evaluating method and reform teaching means, establish a new type of student-teacher relation and increase teachers＇ ability and comprehensive quality to help students＇ reach internalization on theory and sublimation of emotion and to increase social responsibility, and finally realize the aim to develop qualified talents for the new century with innovative spirit and ability.
