摘要
对新疆中小型城市争夺省级民运会承办权由冷变热现象进行了思考,认为大众性和民族性共存、娱乐性和竞技性并存是新疆民运会的典型特征。承办民运会对新疆中小型城市全民健身跨越式发展起到了拉动作用,是中小型城市自我展示的窗口和加快发展的契机。
By considering the phenomenon from desolate to hot of National Games of Minority＇ s holding authority competition, the authors think that the coexistence universality and the national, coexisting entertaining and athletics are the characteristics of the National Games of Minority. Middle-and smaU-sized cities undertake National Games of Minority is the kind of pull force for greatleap-forward development. It＇s become the demonstrating window and opportunity for middle-and small-sized cities.
