摘要
在电视胸腔镜辅助下行胸膜外小儿动脉导管未闭结扎术２例，无手术死亡和并发症，结果表明，该术式对呼吸循环功能影响小，不受胸膜粘连限制。是一种创伤小，并发症少，恢复快，简便，安全的手术方法。同时采用双重结扎加贯穿缝扎方法，可有效的降低术后再通和残余分流率。
xtrapleural ligation of patent ductus arteriosus was performed with video-assisted thoracoscopy on two children with patent ductus arteriosus. There were no deaths or complications. This demonstrates that this method interferes less with respiration and circulation during the operation,and is not restricted by pleural adhesion. The advantages of this method are fewer complications, less trauma,quicker recovery time, and increased convenience and safety. The use of duplex ligation and transfixing suture and ligation during the procedure can effectively decrease the chance of repatency and residual shunt. Overall,it is a very valuable clinical application.
