摘要
政治军官是思想政治工作的组织者,其情商在相当程度上影响思想政治工作的成效。将情商纳入政治军官修养的视野,既有利于提升思想政治工作的有效性,又有利于个人的全面发展。政治军官情商修养的任务主要是认识和调整好自己的情绪,善于理解和影响他人的情感,营造良好的组织氛围。
The Political military officers are the organizers of the political work in PLA. Their EQ has a great influence on the effect of the political work. To pay attention to the EQ nurturance can not only enhance the effect of the ideological and political work in PLA highly, but also accelerate a comprehensive development of the political military officers. The primary missions of the political military officers＇ EQ nurturance are： to comprehend and modulate their own emotions, to be good at comprehending and impacting the others＇ emotions, and to construct a good atmosphere in their units.
