摘要
本文论述了宏观经济政策对市场规制法的影响,指出市场规制法仅是从微观层面对市场经济进行规制,还需要政府依法制定相应的宏观经济政策对市场运行进行宏观调控,为市场规制法提供有效实施的宏观经济环境,影响和指导市场规制法调节市场经济。
This paper discusses the macro - economic policies on the impact of the Market Regulation Act, pointing out that the Market Regulation Act is the regulation only from the micro - level of the market economy system. The government needs to develop in accordance with the law of macro - economic policies on the market for macro - control, so as to provide for the effective implementation of the Market Regulation of the macro - economic environment, influence and guide the Market Regulation Act, regulate the market economy.
